Claim expired or damaged stock from a supplier

Make one claim per supplier and send it. Stock goes down when you hand the goods over. What you owe goes down when their credit note comes.

Steps6

  1. Open Inventory and tap Expiry and damage claims.
  2. Under To claim, untick anything you are keeping.
  3. Tap Make claim for the supplier.
  4. Tap Share PDF or WhatsApp to send it.
  5. When they collect the goods, tap Goods handed over.
  6. When their credit note comes, tap Record credit note and enter how much they accepted.
