Make a quote

A quote tells a customer the price. Turn it into a bill when they buy.

Steps8

  1. Open Business.
  2. Tap Quotes & documents.
  3. Tap New.
  4. Pick the customer under Who for?.
  5. Tap Add an item for each item.
  6. Tap Save.
  7. Tap Share PDF to send it.
  8. When they buy, tap Make bill.

Good to know

  • A quote does not keep stock aside.
  • Quotes & documents also makes delivery challans and proforma invoices.
