How it works

Three steps, the way a shop does it.

  1. Promise a slot

Only slots with room are offered, only to postcodes you serve.

  2. Send it out

Group orders into a rider run or hand them to a courier.

  3. Bring the money home

Every rupee collected is matched to the order it belongs to.

The parcel you should worry about is the quiet one.

Kownt X lists parcels by their last tracking scan, oldest first. The one at the top is probably stuck at a hub, and you can still claim for it.
